Very little context I'm afraid. I guess it has something to do with wastage, but what of?

maximum recovery

Explanation:
To me, dépouille seems redundant (i. e. is implied in récupération), but further context might reveal I'm wrong.

recycling waste material

Explanation:
If this is a high pressure cutter (say), the water jet removes material from the workpiece. When the water is recovered for re-use by the machine, the solid waste (including the abrasive) is removed by filtration or centrifuge and sometimes cleaned and separated for re-use.

recovery of offcuts

Explanation:
Though I really don't see what the problem with recovering offcuts would be. Maybe it's just about cycle times, so you don't have to turn the machine off to remove an offcut from the bench (without severing your arm), but I'd have thought it would be simple enough to push offcuts onto the floor with a stick!
