French term or phrase: Test manuel
I am totally confused with this particular section. I am translating schedules for tests on filters and cartridges. In this section it talks about

"Test manuel de paires" as one of the resources for these tests. The rest of them are:

 Machines à coller les filtres L.I.D. - S.I.D.
 Machine à coller les nez “noser”
 Test manuel de paires
 Eau UF
 Alcool isopropylique (IPA)

Later on it gives the following instruction:

Remplir le bac du test manuel de paires en ouvrant la vanne se trouvant sur le côté.

This particular test involves pairs.

manual pairs/paired test
Explanation:
Testing pairs of items (paired sample tests) is a common statistical technique. I can only assume that this test is differentiated from other, automated tests, hence the "manual" component.
