A thin line of adhesive from a tube or gun applicator is generally known as a "bead".

agree  John Fossey: "Bead" is commonly used. Also, "fillet" is sometimes used. The difference is usually that a "bead" stands proud of the joint (convex) while a "fillet" is concave, usually finished with a tool.
