Echange de porte-bouterolle et de calotte sphérique
Procéder comme suit:
1.Sortir la bouterolle à la main de la tête de rivetage.
2.Poser un support (p.ex. un bloc de bois) sur la tablette de la machine.
3.Déplacer l'unité de rivetage avec la poignée tournante vers le bas jusqu'à ce que la tête de rivetage heurte le support.
4.Dévisser les 2 vis servant à fixer le capuchon.
5.Déplacer l'unité de rivetage avec la poignée tournante vers le haut. Le capuchon reste alors sur le support avec le ressort de pression.
6.Après avoir retiré le porte-bouterolle, la calotte sphérique est extraite de son centrage dans la pièce d'assemblage à l'aide des boulons à chasser livrés avec les accessoires de la machine.
7.On procède de la même façon pour le montage. La compression du ressort entre le porte-bouterolle et le capuchon s'effectue en tournant de nouveau la poignée d'ajustement, pendant que le capuchon repose sur le support. Le capuchon est ensuite revissé.
