The French source document is a contract between a leading record company and a musical artist.
"Télédistribution: mise à disposition, par fil ou sans fil, et par tout moyen de transmission tel que le réseau Internet ou tout autre réseau de transmission existant ou à venir, d'un ou de plusieurs enregistrement(s).
