French term or phrase: droit de salle
From an exclusive recording contract:

"droit de salle"

"Par «Chiffre d’Affaires», il convient d’entendre le prix de vente hors taxes pratiqué par Societé A ou son distributeur tel que pratiqué au cours du semestre considéré, multiplié par les quantités vendues (retours déduits) de chaque produit, déduction faite du droit de salle et/ou de concession le cas échéant."

This online document contains the term and is almost identical to the one I am translating:

English translation:rental fee
Explanation:
as "concession" can also translate the sense of a "lease", why not simply "rental fee" le cas échéant...

This seemed the most workable option - although I too felt it needed another noun so I went with "room rental fee" although "facility" would have worked as well

Notes to answerer
Asker: I admit that "salle" can be a "hall" but does that make sense in this context? Perhaps I should have mentioned that the musician in question is a pop singer, so I'm not sure that her recording contract would make reference to a hall

neutral  philgoddard: I don't think this makes sense in the context - they're calculating sales, not profit.
