In a report on a child with congenital heart disease: "Le pédicule vasculaire est normal. La crosse de l'aorte est à gauche. L'arc moyen gauche est rectiligne. L'arc inférieur gauche est augmenté." I'm not sure what this is referring to...would appreciate any informed opinions. TIA.
