In a surgery report: "Infundibulotomie longitudinale sur 20 mm en longueur en direction de l'anneau pulmonaire [...]Ensuite on découpe quelques trabeculations infundibulaires pour élargir la chambre de chasse." It sounds like bony bits in the muscle tissue of the infundibulum... "infundibulum trabeculae"?? Any informed advice much appreciated.
