Je ne suis pas spécialiste en médecine mais "décompensé" et "decompensated" est utilisé pour décrire une situation dans laquelle le corps ne peut plus compenser pour une lésion ou une condition (c.-à.d. empêcher des troubles fonctionnels ou métaboliques). Évidemment, il s'agirait d'une aggravation sérieuse de la maladie.
