Yes, I agree on all counts. This hospital does not have the best transcription service. I am always finding little things, like "platelet agreeability tests" (no surly platelets here!) but this is really odd. Maybe a whole chunk of text was missing or garbled from the audio file.

Something fishy here. This is a very very old term for the pulmonary vein. I really doubt that anyone would use it today. The whole looks like a medical transcriptionist having a bad hair day. The Doppler exam is aimed at the triangle de Scarpa or femoral triangle, so the results should relate to the vessels there.

hemoptysis does make sense as a presenting symptom of dissecting aneurism, but I can't quite make sense of the sentence grammatically, or think what it would be doing in the section on Doppler results.
