I'm not too sure how to translate "grosse postéro-latérale/Crux" in this context:
"La patiente fut ramenée rapidement en hémodynamie où on documente maintenant une sub-occlusion voire une occlusion d’une grosse postéro-latérale/Crux."

Does it mean a large posterolateral portion/ portion of the crux?
