Clarification request(s) and response
Drmanu49: 2:57pm May 31, 2007: Sorry to disagree with your choice but here it is the interocclusal space which is covered by the bridge.
Jeanne Zang: 3:06pm May 31, 2007: Note: - See: http://prothese-dentaire.eu/tarifs/Exemples_tarifs.htm. " L’inter de bridge n’est pas remboursé."
How could the space be reimbursed? It has to be a device.
In fact, I just found this: Pour l’inter de bridge ( élément intermédiaire pour dent absente ): http://www.services-centraux.cmcas.com/index.php?pae_ref=128
Drmanu49: 3:16pm May 31, 2007: The interocclusal space (covered by the bridge) is taken into account or not (absent tooth or teeth) for reimbursement.

intermediary of the bridge, intermediate part?
Explanation:
Could it be an abbreviation of intermédiaire de bridge, as appears in the text below?

Actually, inter can be communication, no? So then maybe implant and abutment of the bridge to incisors, canines...

Look at this: Due to missing upper canines, the orthodontic mechanics used to open spaces for implants and gradual extraction of the bridge abutments ...

I'm not sure if this is right, but it's the best guess that I received. I don't think "interocclusal space" makes sense because it is some sort of device, not the space created by that device.
