Medical - Medical: Dentistry
French term or phrase: dents appareillées
One of the features of a new toothbrush:

"Brins centraux courts pour optimiser le brossage des dents appareillées."

Can anyone confirm what 'dents appareillées' means here please? I think it could be 'false teeth' but would like confirmation/other suggestions.

Many TIA

well , actually it could also prosthesis instead, or both, that is dentition partly natural and partly artificial.
But idiomatically, you use this word more often to mean orthodontics.
