C'est peut-etre, encore, la meme chose en anglais, mais je ne le trouve nul part.

Asker: Thank you, Cetacea. Yes, you are right, it is a report from Geneva, about an English person who needs a kidney transplant, so that may be why it has to be funded by health insurance. This word is not in my French dictionary, even with the correct spelling, so maybe it is a Swiss French term.
