Not much more context I´m afraid. This is from an excel chart with a list of diagnostic procedures, etc.

Cardiaque : passage en ACFA. Hopitalisation pour J8 le 10/10/05, passage en Acfa vraisemblablement depuis la 09/10/05. Décalage du J8 à J9 en attendant le bilan de ce trouble du rythme.
