Are you sure it's not "bouton", which would be a pimple or inflammation typical of herpes.

Fever blisters/spots/ a rash for boutons from herpès but not pimples.


Explanation:
Pimples usually when they are blackheads on the face but this is herpès so the term is different. A rash or fever blisters or cold sores possibly.

neutral  xxxPRen: But they may be referring to genital herpes here, which would eliminate "fever"blisters, although just blisters could work - I don't think genital herpes outbreaks could be qualified as a rash.
