Medical - Medical: Health Care / physical rehabilitation
French term or phrase: à peu près tenue mais en forte tension jusqu'au maintien du genou en extension
From a generally not very well written report on the rehabilitation of a patient who suffered a C1-C2 dislocation in a RTA and was left quadriplegic:

Membres inférieurs:
Cheville droite: FD + 10 degrés à peu près tenue mais en forte tension jusqu'au maintien du genou en extension.

Pretty sure the FD is dorsal flexors, but can't make out the meaning of the rest.

Thanks in advance.

Sollicitation would be strong effort or stress.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Could you clarify the use of "sollicitation" in relation to muscles? I cannot find many UK/English reliable sources, and would therefore prefer an alternative if possible

I wonder if "en forte tension" doesn't mean "with straining" or "under strain".
