Well thats what I always use; the 'tested' bit is when you actually ask for proof of revenue and estate (savings, house etc) from someone who'sasking for benefit of some kind |

Asker: Means-tested is exactly the term that was escaping me - but can it be used interchangeably with "à conditions de ressources"? Does it mean exactly the same thing? (Why the "tested" part, in other words?)
