French to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Health Care / Hospital Fees
French term or phrase: DIV
I realize that DIV has been asked before, but this is a different context. This abbreviation is on a hospital bill under the "Frais de structure et de soins" section. It appears twice, once for an amount of 0.34 euros and again for a charge of 52.50 euros. Other abbreviations in this section are "GHS, FJ, CPC, and PAS" (all of which I know). I have checked every resourse I have, and cannot find it. I even tried to contact the hospital. Does anyone have an idea as to what this could mean?

Thanks!

agree  Colin Rowe: Agree that the interpretation is highly plausible. Perhaps "sundries" or "miscellaneous" as translation?

disagree  Chris Hall: Both myself and Colin had already suggested this in response upon agreeing with Lionel's answer. Please see above. This is the only reason why I am giving such feedback.
