Yes, usually in France "staff" refers to the routine morning meeting in a service where charts are discussed by head of service, chief, resident and interns (at times head nurse too)
But it does not fit in the context here.
Here, It could be the entire team (equipe pluridisciplinaire: Oncologue, Pneumologue, Chirurgien Attaché de Recherche Clinique) that reviews the chart and all the patient's file, decides what is going to be the best approach (surgery first? radiations first? Chemo, what molecule, etc) and whether the patient will be added to a clinical trial...
And then it is time for "dispositif d'annonce"
I'd say "équipe pneumo" or "équipe pluridisciplinaire" maybe... |
