Hello
I'm pretty sure that the situation is more compllicated here than Michael realises.
'Agrée' refers to a service provided which is 'agrémenté' (recognised by the local authorities or government to in that sector
And the costs are agreed with the payer beforehand.
Not any taxi company can pick up a patient and address the social security services for payment.
Only a service which is 'agrée and they will bill according to the agreement which tends to apply to all the sector in question
It is the taxi service in question AND the costs which are regulated and the payer will refuse any demand coming from a company non agrémenté for the service provided
