French term or phrase: pro-pharmacie

I have a definition for this term (it is a doctor's dispensary....from which the doctor can dispense drugs in the absence of pharmacist providing they are qualified to so) but I was just wondering if there is an equivalent English term. I thought of translating it fairly literally (professional pharmacy) but feel that is a bit ambiguous and does not quite convey the meaning. I suppose one could say 'doctor's pharmacy'... but then again that does not quite do it. Here is how it appears in my text:

Sont habilités à remettre des médicaments soumis à ordonnance :

a. les pharmaciens, sur ordonnance médicale et, dans des cas exceptionnels justifiés, sans ordonnance médicale ;

b. toute autre personne exerçant une profession médicale, conformément aux dispositions sur la ***pro-pharmacie*** ;

the 'dispositions' to which it refers are those contained in Switzerland's laws on therapeutic products and narcotics...
