Thank you, Agnes. In fact there are countries that still follow the French system.. they have special labs where tests are sent. I lived in one of those countries long time ago, and have also used the services of those labs. In fact, those labs would welcome patients for blood tests without the need for a doctor's orders...

It is always very difficult to figure it out because of the huge difference between the two healthcare systems. Most doctors in USA are running many blood test themselves, In France NONE of them. Your answer makes perfect sense Zareh. It is just that it is a report of analysis, and basically in France they are more or less all looking the same [who said French are eccentrics? ;-))] the reports all have this big title "Anatomical Pathology and Cytology laboratory" and then the name of the physicians who performed the lab test; hence my suggestion. But I imagine the asker will tell us how it actually looks like?

That question occurred to me too... :))
I just thought that the person entering the information might have
specified that this is a "notebook for pathological anatomy and cytology".. simply because I have been a teacher for the last 28 years :))
