French term or phrase: Caget d'anatomie et de cytologie pathologique
Title of a report of analysis results.

It's written in capitals so maybe it's an abbreviation?

Thank you in advance!

Anatomical Pathology and Cytology laboratory (Typo: Cabinet d'anatomie))
Explanation:
Since it is the title, according to the context, and considering that Each and every single report of analysis results in France is being labelled like that... (How many of these did I read? Huh,... How about a couple of thouthands each year?)
I would definitely say it is a typo!
I'd tranlate that into: Anatomical Pathology and Cytology laboratory and there might be their name right under that.

Here is one example of one of these located in Illinois... http://www.pathsi.com/

agree  SJLD: Clinical Pathology Laboratory - we don't usually have the "anatomie" bit in the title - and not really necessary to mention cytology since it's one of the standard services of a clin path lab
