Not much context as I have just been sent one page to translate!

double-tuned
Explanation:
This is way out of my field, but I just wanted to say that in the electronics / radio field, we often talk about 'double-tuned', meaning that a circuit is tuned to two different frequencies at the same time; or alternatively, that there are two cascaded tuned stages.

I don't know if this is in any way relevant to you (apparently ultrasonic?) context

Sorry it's not double resonance because "double résonance" exists - but it is to do with NMR.
