French to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Instruments / Study Report for Medical Equipment | | French term or phrase: détection/rattrapage d'ailette | Due to very limited context, and terminology that could belong in the computer field or several other fields, I am hoping someone is familiar with this field and can help me decide what the correct English terminology would be proper for this text.
I especially would like help with "rattrapage" and "ailette" IN THIS CONTEXT. I am also not sure if "Pilote" is being used as a brand name or as "driver". These words could be translated so many ways.
It appears to be discussing a push button on an infusion system. I have figured out that "DPS" in this context means "dynamic pressure system" (DPS) and not "Device Power Supply" as I originally thought. Here is some of the context:

Pour toute dépression supérieure les jeux pourraient s'accroître proportionnellement.
2.1.4 La tête de piston de la seringue doit tenir jusqu'à une dépression au moins égale à 5 mètres d'eau.
2.1.5 Une alarme doit être générée en cas d'absence de tête de piston
2.1.6 Le bras anti-siphon ne doit pas pouvoir se positionner sur la tête de piston mais devant.
