I think it's OF but it may be QF or QP (scan is very poor quality)

There are two occurrences

1 – A step in line clearance [at the end of a run]:
- retirer tous les articles de conditionnement non utilisés dans le prochain OF

2 – A step in preparing the line [at the start of a run]
- remplier la fiche d'identification machine de l'OF précedent et le coller dans le dossier du lot
