Hello all,
This comes from a brochure for a pharmaceuticals company. I gather AMM = Market Authorisation, I'm not sure what domiciliation means in this context. All suggestions welcomed"

Explanation:

"Site clearance applies to all applications for marketing authorisation for a pharmaceutical product, and to all applications for amendment or addition of a site. However, it does not apply to applications for marketing authorisation for parallel imports and replica marketing authorisations. In the case of parallel imports, site clearance is performed by the member state from which the product in question is to be imported. In the case of replica marketing authorisations, site clearance is covered by the marketing authorisation for the original product (as the products are identical, there can be no difference in the manufacturer(s)/production/clearance location(s) either)."
