French term or phrase: CHUR
From a form showing medications prescribed to a patient during hospitalization
contrast with ADUC (see prior inquiry) - ... there is no other context, sometimes the medication is ADUC sometimes it is CHUR.

And CHUR is usually centre hospitalier universitaire régional. or could be CHU de Rennes or so on.

So that's not drugs but settings it seems.

Asker: Good thoughts, except the setting wasn't a CHUR. Sadly, there was zippo, nada, niet, nothing for context except this other word ADUC. I was really hoping someone would see this and go "of course ...."

agree  xxxBourth: Can you tell me why "CHU" is pronounced "shu" but CHUR is not pronounced "shure"? / Indeed. Actually CHRU/shrew (not) is what I was thinking of.

  -> Because it's only another CHU. Should actually be CHUr or CHRU which is more frequent. But what is imporant is that it is a University Hospital related to a Med school. Thank you.
