French term or phrase: groupement en para
La lidocaïne est un amide qui ne possède pas de groupement en para, ce qui diminue les risques d'allergie.

I am trying to translate the above sentence but am having trouble with the term "groupement en para".

This sentence appears in the description of the pharmaceutical properties of a local anaesthetic solution containing lidocaine.

Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
