I need the accepted translation.
Client is producing a drug, some batches are labelled with a particular name, others using the name 'mirage'.

A complaint mentioned in Quality Review was "Glass defect: traces of white and brown glass in the same vial Supplier error: one-time incident of heterogeneous glass, but no impact on product quality (only cosmetic) "

Next to this, under the heading 'CAPA/Actions', it reads: " Reçu défauthèque de vials du client à utiliser lors du mirage"

I'm unsure how to translate this technical term. (or whether to leave 'CAPA' as it is either)
