Dear FrancoFile, I may be able to help. There is some confusion with the term-probably spelling error. Dysendocrinia means dysfonction of the glands with internal secretion like thyroid gland, hypophysis etc. This term coudn't be related to the skin, because the glands there have only exocrine(external) secretion like sweat. In your case it is related to dermatitis, which means there is a dysfonction of the sweat glands and excessively dry skin. I would keep the term dysapocrinia. (or dysfonction of the apocrine glands).
