The presence of peri-pancreatic lymph nodes around the tail of the pancreas is noted... Explanation: The presence of peri-pancreatic lymph nodes around the tail of the pancreas is noted. A lymph node ventral to the left colonic flexure is also noted. note in English, it is almost always in passive form.
