La radiographie de l'abdomen sans préparation ou ASP permet de visualiser par transparence l'aspect de tous les organes de l'abdomen (intestin, estomac, reins) et de leur contenu. Il est pratiqué dans le cadre d’un bilan en cas de douleurs abdominales ou de troubles du transit (constipation ou diarrhée).
Il peut aussi être répété pour surveiller l'évolution après une intervention chirurgicale de l'abdomen.
