French to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / Clinical (drug) trials
French term or phrase: a double insu/aveugle
Is there any difference between these two expressions? As I understand it, they both mean 'double-blind' as in 'double-blind testing', e.g. of a new drug.

I am translating two documents on the same subject, but clearly written by two different people, hence the different expressions. As this is of a medical/legal nature combined, I thought I had better check with an expert that there is no difference here. Thanks.
