Pas de cliché antérieur pour comparaison. Fracture comminutive a l'aile iliaque gauche, a la branche ischio-et ilio-pubienne gauches et ischio-pubienne droite, et a la branche droite du pubis. L'alignement des fragments est satisfaisant. Il semble y avoir un début de consolidation.
