French term or phrase: decoupe plasma
This shouldn't have anything to do with cutting with a plasma torch. It appears in a table, so there is no immediate context, but the job is about patents relating to blood transfusion. Can decoupe ever mean fraction? I have never seen it as such. Any other ideas?
