The "loges rénales" are the renal beds/angles. In an clinical examination, the kidneys are palpated and percussed in the lumbar region - see costovertebral or renal angle.

As a matter of interest (and for general enlightenment :-) ), "loges rénales" are Nierenloge or Nierenlager in German.
