Medical - Medical (general) / histology
French term or phrase: infiltrat lympho-histocytaire
From a histology report, the conclusion of which was toxicodermia (inflammation of the skin due to a toxic substance):

"Le derme est le siège d'un infiltrat lympho-histocytaire."

It's the second adjective that's really throwing me: does it just mean that the infiltrate was detected by histocytology?
