It appears as follows:
"douleur gene l'examen de stabilite et force: pas d'AMP, MF 3-, Q 3, GF 4"

Un dos en bonne santé est fonction du pelvis et des hanches pour plusieurs raisons. Les articulations pelviennes sont mobiles et peuvent être sources de douleur. Les abducteurs ont un rôle prépondérant pour toutes les activités requérant un appui unipodal ou une marche avec changements de direction. D’autres muscles glutéaux contrôlent les rotations (pelvi-trochantériens).
Prise de conscience

McGill préconise l’éducation du patient concernant le MF et le GF (appréciation de la contraction des deux muscles), en latéro-cubitus (MF) et décubitus (GF). Pour le GF, il peut s’agir au début simplement d’imaginer tenir une pièce de monnaie entre les deux fesses sans la faire tomber. Pour le MF, il s’agit en latéro-cubitus de décoller le genou supralatéral en appui podal avec palpation de la fosse coxale.
