French term or phrase: pas de point costo-musculaire
Good evening,

This is a follow-up to my "PCM -/-" question. Dwt2 generously offered that "PCM" stands for "points costo-musculaire."

(Which I would have figured out if I'd carefully read to the very end of my report.)

However, I'm still confused. The English for "points costo-musculaire" (I think) is "costo-muscular angles," but what does it mean that they are bilaterally "negative" (earlier question), or as in my current question, "Pas de" point costo-musculaire.

Here is further context:
Abdomen souple, tympanique. Douleur à la palpation de la FID (région PBR). Transit ausculté.
Pas de défense, ni de rebond. Pas de point costo-musculaire.

Maybe "no costo-muscular angle tenderness"? (So not indicative of kidney problems.)

Thanks so much!
