French term or phrase: Tube porte RCP-Notice avec oeilleton.
Please translate full sentence

Context: "Tube porte RCP... Tube pour Notice partie supérieure avec oeilleton."

This appears to be a "tube" packed with a nitrous oxide cylinder which holds a "notice" and "RCP", I would like to verify it actually is a "tube" and figure out what the oeilleton is--I know the dictionary says "eyelet" but I have trouble envisioning it.

I don\'t understand how you deduce it \"contains\", but here\'s another related acronyms...
Résumés des caractéristiques produits (unlikely but goes with ..notice!!)
for tubes...
Tubes en matières thermoplastiques pour le transport des fluides -- Détermination de la résistance à la propagation rapide de la fissure (RCP) -- Essai à petite échelle (S4)

There\'s also rcp : copie de fichiers entre machines distantes, which goes just find with notice partie.. but I fail to see how it is related to medicine or a nitrous oxide tube... :-)

Well maybe, but then you just have two simple tube holders for the information sheets (summary and notice). Possible, but can\'t say that have ever come across tube holder of this sort. If tha is the case then \"oeilleton\" should refer to the actual tube (tube with eyelet, opening, etc.). Maybe this company supplies info notes in tube holders. Many companies have clear plastic pockets for items delivered in liquid nitrogen, or even special plastic envelopes. In this case maybe simply a tube!!
