a cheloid scar of the free edge of the ear
Search on google with 'free edge of the ear', second page of findings:
outer ear (chondrodermatitis nodularis) - General Practice ...
... squamous cell carcinoma and solar keratoses - tend to occur on the rim of the ear or the upper part of the pinna, but not at the free edge of the cartilage (of the outer ear)
