in legal document concerning company dispute, a company supplies "toles prélaquées subissant des problèmes de rouille et de décaillment". I would understand that the lacquer tends to come off, but I don't know/can't find the proper term.

Explanation:
No wonder you couldn't find it, there should be an apostrophe between the "d" and the "é". It did look familiar, but strange to me as well.

Explanation:
No wonder you couldn't find it, there should be an apostrophe between the "d" and the "é". It did look familiar, but strange to me as well.
