In a section on the calibration of instruments used at fabricator's plant. I suspect this might be a "thickness gauge" but can't find confirmation.

Canadian French to CDN English.

"Les gages dimensionnels sont considérés calibrés lorsque acheté et ne sont pas sujets à des variations." No further context available in my document.
