French term or phrase: film journalier

Anybody know what this means? "daily film" doesn't do it for me.
PMC = process monitoring control and a PMC strip is "a tool for monitoring the quality of the film processing system and for proving compliance with existing standards on systems classifications".

Stockage des produits

Afin d’éviter toute altération des caractéristiques préjudiciables à l’emploi des produits en attente d’utilisation, il importe que :
- Le fournisseur définisse les conditions de stockage recommandées selon la nature des produits et le cas échéant les délais limites avant utilisation.
- Les radiogrammes et films étalon (PMC Strip) en attente d’utilisation sont stockés dans les enceintes prévues à cet effet. Ces enceintes régulent la température à environ 19°C et l’hygrométrie à environ 50%. Les limites de température dans ces enceintes sont de 4,4°C et 24°C. Celles de l’hygrométrie sont de 30 à 60%. Chaque enceinte est équipée d’un enregistreur de température et d’hygrométrie. Les valeurs enregistrées sont analysées chaque mois. En cas de dépassement des valeurs citées ci-dessus, le bon état de conservation des radiogrammes est vérifié grâce au **film journalier** PMC Strip.

Note to reference poster

Asker: Bravo for the detective work! It still looks fishy - they're asking for the check with the PMC strip to be done when the T and humidity limits are exceeded, not necessarily daily. I wonder if the author got his "journalier" idea from the same website as this one? Think I'll have to ask the client.
