French to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Metallurgy / Casting / Patent to improve a cylindrical press
French term or phrase: boulet de charbon
This is a patent written in the early part of the 20th century (1933) describing an invention to improve a cylindrical press to make and mark at the same time charcoal pellets (I think). I am just not sure how to translate "boulet de charbon" into English. I have seen "coal nuts", "charcoal or coal briquettes", or "charcoal pellets", and I am not sure which of these I should use or if there is actually another, better solution.

I would appreciate your help on this. Below is context:

Thank you very much in advance,
Laura
