Not sure this is the correct field - it is a list of things to be provided for:
micros espions, bippers, caméras de surveillance, mouchards, unités centrales de stations directrices, lunettes détecteurs, ceintures caméras

I am pretty sure that the "scopes" are part of the military field, and that the whole expression should be "detection scopes".

IR Goggles


Explanation:
An alternative offer not necessarily intended to supersede MParolini's. The context doesn't make it very clear.

However, a quick google of purely French hits for your reference term leads to several "heat detection" links -- "lunettes détecteurs de chaleur" which is usually "IR Goggles" of some kind.

Mostly food for thought hence low conf on the answer gauge.

agree  chris collister: Probably. By process of elimination (ie eliminating UV and visible) it can only be IR, or "night vision"

disagree  chris collister: "Remote sensing" is usually reserved for satellite imagery. "Sensing goggles" makes little sense (pun intended) in EN.
