In the context of Army officer cadet training at Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan, TAM is Tir-Armement-Munitions. Without further context, it is difficult to know whether this is appropriate here. Familiarisation with ballistics (trajectory angles, etc) is presumably helpful for a judge handling a firing incident.

Explanation:
Tactical Aerodynamic Missile--this is translated into French as "missile aérodynamique tactique"

I also found "Techniciens des Aides Maritimes"

The first term is from a NATO source. Since you're working on a military document, I thought that context was applicable. My only concern is that is the English term, not the French.
