French term or phrase: les registres exploités
It is taken from a text about bach's suites for cello and how their study has been fundamental to the education of all great cellist from the nineteeth and twentieth century, the sentence reads as follows:"dans ce pages tous les registres du violoncelle sont exploités"

full use is made of all the registers of the 'cello
Explanation:
...or

"...of all the cello's registers"

You really do need to consider the phrase as a whole in order to come up with something that will sound natural in EN.

Note that one might equally well say 'exploits', but personally, I think "makes full use of" works well here; one might also say "makes good use of"

Strictly speaking, there is nothing in the s/t to justify 'full' or 'good' — but "make use of..." sounds a little bald in EN; you could also try "employs"

of course, "use is made of / are exploited / employed"
