"ainsi que pour rentabiliser le déplacement et l'hébergement des musiciens"

Ici, c'est l'organisateur qui doit prendre en charge les frais les musiciens. Pour "rentabiliser" leurs frais de déplacement, les musiciens leur conseillent d'envisager 2 dates consécutives.

J'ai du mal à traduire "rentabiliser", un terme polysémique qui doit "s'effacer" dans le texte en anglais, sans pour autant perdre de son sens...

I think "rentabiliser" is more than merely "covering costs." It is to make something into a viable business proposition/ opportunity. Possibly something along the following lines: "... concerts on two consecutive days in order for the musicians' transport and accomodation to be worth their while."
